Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in molding and/or plastic injection production.
• Knowledge of quality systems and production processes.
• Result-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production results and manage measurement control systems.
• Carry out studies to increase productivity and profitability.
• Monitor departmental capacity and productivity indicators.
• Work actively in budget and investment studies.
• Conduct efficiency studies and improvements.
• Follow and improve Occupational Safety activities.
• Report and analyze quality and operation problems.
• Coordinate maintenance works.

University degree in Mechanical Engineering,

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in molding and/or plastic injection production company,

Knowledge of quality systems,

Knowledge of planning, production and purchasing processes,

Good command of English,

Result-oriented, strong communication and team player,

What do we expect from you?

• Monitoring production results, managing the measurement, reporting, control and monitoring systems required for capacity/efficiency determination,
• Carry out and project studies that will increase productivity and profitability,
• Monitor departmental capacity and productivity indicators and make improvements on the ground,
• To work actively in budget and investment studies,
• Conduct process time studies, efficiency studies and improvements,
• Closely follow and carry out Occupational Safety improvement activities,
• Report and analyze process, part quality, mold operation problems in the commissioning of plastic injection molds,
• Coordinate incidental, planned and preventive maintenance works
