About Our Client

Our client, a leading company in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Plant & Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end production and operational processes at their facility. This position requires a strategic yet hands-on leader to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all areas of the site.

  • Lead and manage all plant operations, including production, maintenance, logistics, and quality
  • Develop and follow up on daily, weekly, and annual production plans
  • Ensure adherence to quality, efficiency, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment aligned with health & safety regulations
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, warehouse, etc.)
  • Prepare for internal and external audits; manage relevant processes
  • Drive cost optimization and process improvement initiatives in line with company goals
  • Ensure full compliance with local and international standards (e.g., ISO 13485)
  • Report regularly to upper management

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical-Electronics Engineering)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in regulated manufacturing industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or automotive
  • At least 5 years in a managerial role within plant or operations management
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and other quality standards
  • Experience in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and cost control
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Residing in Bursa or willing to relocate
  • Analytical, result-oriented, and capable of strong on-site communication
