Job description

We are looking for a new colleague in our department operations EMEA at our location in Sakarya, Turkey.

Your responsibilities as Plant Manager (m/f/d):

• Create and develop plant mission, vision and strategy towards transformation - aligned with ZF/Divisional strategy and principles.
• Lead and develop plant team to ensure a mindset of problem solving and continuous improvement/Lean is cascaded throughout the organization.
• Set and review targets and expectations for the plant to ensure safety, quality, customer delivery, cost, productivity, and sustainability.
• Decide on appropriate resource planning (budget, manpower, technical and structure) for the whole plant in line with ZF planning cycles.
• Build a collaborative environment at site level with employees, employee representatives, stakeholders, and customers.
• 5+ years solid working experience in Operations and relevant functions.
• 3+ years leadership experience in Operations/Logistics including coaching/mentoring skills.
• Experience in Project Management as well as Lean Management, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.
• Transformation competence and organizational development skills combined with Business/Finance Management acumen.
• Results/Process/Problem solving-oriented personality with deep knowledge in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Production, and Launch Readiness; fluent Turkish and English language skills are mandatory.
