What You’ll Be Doing

As Plant Manager, you’ll play a critical role in our Turkey operations, reporting directly to the Eastern Region Operations Senior Manager. Your mission: to ensure our Samsun Plant runs smoothly, efficiently, and sustainably.

You will:

• Lead and inspire plant teams to deliver outstanding results
• Oversee production planning, logistics, quality, and equipment
• Manage OPEX & CAPEX budgets with a strong focus on efficiency
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices
• Track and report on plant KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Take full responsibility for EHS compliance and legal requirements

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a leader with both technical expertise and people skills. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical preferred)
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Strong background in industrial relations & team leadership
• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing Systems
• Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
• Knowledge of SAP
• Willingness to reside in Samsun (or already living there)
