REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
- Knowledge and experience in advanced cost accounting (costing, variances, standard cost),
- Experienced as a Plant Controller within industrial environments, preferably in the manufacturing sector,
- Strong background in production cost analysis, budget planning, and management, with demonstrated results in improving economic and operational performance,
- Experienced in managing and collaborating with cross-functional departments such as Production, Logistics, Purchasing, and Quality,
- Familiarity with internal auditing and compliance with ISO/IATF and SOX regulations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Monthly Cash Flow Monitoring: manage the monthly cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and optimizing working capital,
- Financial KPI Bridge Management: Analyze variances between actual and forecasted financial KPIs, supporting performance improvement,
- Implement Corporate Controlling directives at the local level, budget, KPIs, and reporting,
- Oversee and analyze direct and indirect production costs, identifying variances and inefficiencies,
- Prepare the plant’s budget and forecasts, ensuring with assigned targets,
- Validate and monitor standard and actual costs, proposing corrective actions for significant variances,
- Collaborate actively with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Purchasing to ensure financial visibility and accountability,
- Ensure integrity and consistency of industrial accounting records (OPEX, CAPEX, inventory, WIP),
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial and economic data related to the plant,
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting, profitability analysis by line/product, and scenario simulations,
- Assess the financial impact of investment projects or technical changes, validating their sustainability,
- Adjust controlling processes with ISO/IATF and customer CSR requirements, ensuring structural compliance.
