Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with effective communication.
• No travel restrictions.
• Preferably residing in Corlu.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining production schedules in alignment with customer demands.
• Optimizing resource utilization and minimizing lead times based on demand.
• Managing the corrugator plan.
• Closely collaborating with production teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
• Planning and reporting the master production schedule.
• Coordinating with Procurement to ensure material availability.
• Monitoring production progress and revising plans when necessary.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to align with overall business objectives.
• Participating in local and regional projects.
• Taking part in inventory counting activities and audits.

Job Description

We are looking for a Planning Engineer for our corrugated board and packaging plant in Corlu who will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining production schedules in alignment with customer demands
• Optimizing resource utilization and minimizing lead times based on demand
• Managing the corrugator plan
• Closely collaborating with production teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans and resolving any bottlenecks
• Planning and reporting the master production schedule considering capacity constraints, line loading, and customer order deadlines
• Coordinating with Procurement to ensure material availability
• Monitoring production progress and revising plans and dispatch dates when necessary
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Sales, and Production, to align with overall business objectives
• Participating in local and regional projects
• Taking part in inventory counting activities (periodic and year-end counts) and internal & external audits
