GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a team-mate to work as a Planning and Reporting Engineer in our Ceyhan PDH PP Project in Adana with the following qualifications.

  • Leading the preparation and finalization of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress, and other Specific Cost & Budget Related Reports.
  • Provide decision-making support to management.
  • Work in harmony with all departments to ensure maximum profitability for the projects.
  • Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections.
  • Update Project Schedule as per required periods.
  • Track Project Schedule with day-to-day activities.
  • Review of interim & final payment certificates for subcontractors with project cost controllers.
  • Monitoring the performances of subcontractors. If necessary, organizing meetings to address issues related with the Cost Control procedures.
  • Review of Procurement packages based on Project Schedule.
  • Attending and managing periodical meetings with the client/subcontractor/engineer.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • BSc/BA in Civil Engineering, or relevant field
  • Experienced in International Projects (Building Projects preferable)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Planning & Cost Control effectively
  • Excellent in English
  • Primavera P6 good knowledge and experience in practical is a must and MS Office Programs
  • Analytical thinking ability, systematic, prone to teamwork and able to adapt to intense work tempo,
  • Proven experience in delivering projects of similar nature on time within the approved design budget and in accordance with the contract requirements and specifications.
  • In-depth understanding of technical specifications, drawings, material, and design management principles.
  • Familiarity with HSE and quality standards
  • High communication skills enabling a leading role in running meetings and workshops with internal staff as well as subcontractors, third parties of any kind.
  • Strong analytical skills
