Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide home and community-based services in the West New York, NJ area. This flexible, per-diem/contract role lets you build a caseload based on your availability.

Responsibilities include developing IFSP outcomes, delivering PT services in natural environments, coaching families, and maintaining NJEIS-compliant documentation. Current NJ PT licensure and pediatric experience preferred.

Kid Clan Services, a comprehensive Early Intervention agency, is looking for licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide services to children and families in their homes and community settings in the West New York, NJ area! This is a flexible, per-diem/contract position with opportunities to build your caseload based on your availability.

Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized family service plan (IFSP) outcomes in collaboration with families and the early intervention team.
• Provide physical therapy services in natural environments (home, daycare, or community).
• Coach and empower families and caregivers to support their child’s development.
• Complete required documentation in compliance with NJ Early Intervention System (NJEIS) guidelines.

Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications:

• Current NJ Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or related setting strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and family engagement skills.
