  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives
  • Lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent
  • Drive employee engagement, talent management, and leadership development initiatives
  • Collaborate with managers to implement HR policies, performance management, and career development programs
  • Provide data-driven insights to support HR analytics and workforce planning
  • Drive performance management processes, coaching managers to foster a high-performance culture
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, managing employee relations when necessary
  • Act as a key advisor on employee engagement, learning & development, and diversity & inclusion strategies
You will also need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and workforce planning
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multinational environment is highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and reporting
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI etc.) is an advantage
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
