As a Tech Recruiter in Insider day in and day out you

• will execute the recruitment strategy of Insider Development Team & help us exceed borders and march with the best out there
• will coordinate the recruiting process for all technical positions while optimizing the quality of new hires, time to hire and cost to hire
• will conduct telephone interviews and job interviews while demonstrating Insider’s culture and creating a charming journey for candidates
• will manage and support all the steps of the recruitment process for your candidates
• will cooperate with the management teams in developing talent and implementing improved HR practices
• will create policies to support company business objectives
• will have the chance to be part of different projects related to different HR functions

Qualifications

• have a Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
• have 2+ years of experience in recruitment, technical recruitment experience is a plus
• have strong recruitment passion and wish to pursue a successful career in this area
• are a confident, vibrant person with a go-getter attitude
• have the ability to manage ambiguity and demonstrate professionalism and leadership
