Job summary

Blue Palm Operational is seeking a part-time SEO / GEO Associate for our Kadıköy office to boost organic and AI-driven digital visibility across brands. You will optimize on-page elements, create content, and support GEO initiatives in collaboration with marketing, content, web, and software teams.

The role emphasizes learning AI-powered search ecosystems, working with modern deployment pipelines, and contributing to content strategy and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Strong written English and good Turkish.
• Good research, editing, and content-writing skills.
• Basic or intermediate knowledge of SEO principles.
• Understanding of keywords, search intent, on-page SEO, headings, metadata, and internal linking.
• Interest in AI, generative search, GEO, and the changing search ecosystem.
• Ability to write clear, structured, accurate, and reader-focused content.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow content guidelines.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new AI-based platforms.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with both content and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-page SEO optimization across websites and landing pages.
• Create, edit, and optimize website content according to SEO best practices.
• Conduct keyword and search-intent research.
• Support content strategies designed to improve organic search visibility.
• Research topics and competitors to identify new content opportunities.
• Structure content for clarity to search engines and AI platforms.
• Work on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) practices to improve visibility.
• Optimize content for platforms and AI search systems.
• Improve content structure, clarity, authority, topical relevance, and citations.
• Support implementation and optimization of structured data and technical SEO elements.
• Collaborate with software engineering to update and deploy content and SEO configurations via Git workflows.
• Create and submit Pull Requests for content updates and metadata changes.
• Work within modern deployment pipelines and automated workflows.
• Monitor SEO/GEO developments and AI-search trends.
• Support basic performance tracking and reporting for content.
• Collaborate with marketing, web, content, and software teams on projects.
