Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Palantir Foundry & AIP Engineer in Turkey to design, build, and operate AI-powered workflows and agents. You will work with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable Foundry/AIP solutions, focusing on data pipelines, ontology, and governance.

The role requires hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP, strong coding skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL, and the ability to engage non-technical users while delivering value-driven applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT/Data experience; at least 5 years as Data Platform/Data Engineer.
• 2+ years in Palantir Foundry ecosystem (data integration, ontology, pipelines, apps).
• 1+ years hands-on with Palantir AIP, including copilots, retrieval workflows, and decision-support agents.
• Strong Python, PySpark, SQL, and data modelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and engage with non-technical business users.
• Ownership mindset and drive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Data & Workflow Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain scalable pipelines in Palantir Foundry.
• AIP & AI Enablement: Support design and deployment of AIP use cases (copilots, retrieval workflows, decision-support agents).
• End-to-End Delivery: Capture requirements and deliver working applications.
• User Engagement: Train and support business teams using Foundry and AIP.
• Governance & Trust: Ensure data quality, governance, and responsible AI use.
• Continuous Improvement: Expand AIP adoption and automate workflows.
