Qualifications

Responsibilities

  1. Track Performance in Packaging line
  2. Leading effective change management
  3. Leading, supporting and organizing Packaging process improvements
  4. Take part in new line, Packaging machine and automation commissioning
  5. Take part in new global projects and commissioning for Packaging lines
  6. Leading the line capacity increase projects
  7. Performance gap analysis for Packaging line
  8. Leading and reporting the Packaging IPS Global / Internal audits and take actions for the continuous improvements
  9. Communicate with MOS (Manufacturing Operations Support) team for reporting Packaging KPIs, Internal IPS and sharing best practices
  10. Leading line quality, safety, improvement projects.
  11. Define and plan the all Packaging lines needs for its responsibility
  12. Supports to shift to meet customer demands on time and produce the required tonnage in a timely by providing line technical capability
  13. Supporting R&D for new product trials and launches
  14. Managing and supporting lean agenda of the plant
  15. Reporting downtime, maintenance cost and projects' KPIs.
  16. Technical expertise to other TR snacks sites for Packaging Line.
  17. Provide to the technical trainings for production operators to increase the capability
  18. Tracking of the Packaging operators team performance and getting improving actions when necessary
  19. Take the responsibilities of plants OPEX and CAPEX agenda, capex writing, capex expense following
  20. Organizing the root cause analysis sessions for the team in order to eliminate downtimes, AlB and safety problems
  21. Support the lean six sigma projects.
  22. Take an active part on 4 hourly, daily and weekly QCDM meetings to improve line KPIs and workflow capabilities
  23. Follow up 30% MOH budgets and ensure spending met on target
  24. Follow up utilities and take actions with maintenance team
  25. Follow up and ensure the legal controls of lifting equipment
  26. Manage and follow up operation supplies stock level of packaging parts
  27. Manage and follow up TE & NE for Packaging line
  28. Manage and follow up Packaging line reliability issues
  29. Work with QC for quality issues and CQA Actions
  30. Attending the monthly Food Safety and Quality meetings and following the meeting actions in the areas they are responsible for.
  31. Ensure food safety and people safety on Packaging line
  32. Reports the problems it detects regarding AIB, FSSC, GMP, Product Safety, Hygiene and Food Defense to the relevant responsible persons
  33. Attending the monthly H&S meetings and following the meeting actions in the areas they are responsible for.
  34. To ensure that the necessary actions are taken to ensure the continuity and improvement of the GEHSMS and ISO 14001, Environmental Management System and the ISO 45001
  35. Occupational Health and Safety Management System, to fulfill the system requirements
  36. Create and collect weekly bright spot/ hot spot reports for all plant.

Qualifications

  1. University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronic engineering etc.)
  2. Fluency in both Turkish and English is required.
  3. Experienced in Capex
  4. High level of standard work implementations
  5. 2-5 years of relevant functional experience is an asset.
  6. A proactive self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity effectively.
  7. Excellent communication skills: written, oral, and inter-personal
  8. Ability to coordinate and organize design projects and Personnel Demonstrated leadership ability
  9. Ability to multi-task, work independently and employ effective time management skills
  10. Open to new ideas and innovation focused.
  11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  12. High level in MS Office Application

The position requires the candidate to be based in Manisa or the city center of İzmir.
