What We Expect From You?
- Bachelor / Master Degree from Business Administration, Administrative Sciences, Insurance / Banking or related departments
- Minimum of 8 -10 years of knowledge and experience in the insurance business or different sectors
- Experience in product/business development, partner management (preferably in insurance business)
- Professional competence in the use of written and spoken English
- Analytical thinker, having effective negotiation and persuasion skills
- Teamwork oriented, self-motivated, solution oriented and open minded, working within a true agile setup
- MS Office programs at an advanced level
Yow can you make an impact?
- Lead business development and channel-based sales strategies within the scope of Auto Insurance (Personal Non-Life Insurance);
- Conduct detailed analysis of key performance indicators such as production target achievement rates and market share changes by channel/product/segment, and take an active role—aligned with pricing teams and channel management—in determining and tracking growth-oriented actions;
- Develop new sales campaigns for strategic segments, monitor the performance of existing campaigns, and ensure field communication;
- Monitor market trends (especially in the automotive industry & the new mobility ecosystem), track customer and stakeholder expectations, and follow competitor practices in coordination with sales teams to identify benchmarking needs;
- Evaluate business opportunities and strategic partnerships in line with company strategy, prepare feasibility studies and business plans, and coordinate the business development process with relevant stakeholders such as product, portfolio management, and operations teams;
- Take an active role in the Group’s global projects and initiatives.
