Allianz Türkiye’de proje yönetimi alanında deneyimli bir rol için takım odaklı bir pozisyon aranmaktadır. Uygun adaylar agile çalışmalarda yer alacak, gereksinim toplama ve teknik spesifikasyonlara dönüştürme süreçlerinde etkin rol alacaktır.

Gereksinimler arasında en az 10 yıl proje yönetimi/konuşul̇an/analist deneyimi, İngilizce akıcılığı ve AI/datastrateji konularına aşinalık bulunmaktadır. Şirket hibrit çalışma kültürü, esnek çalışma saatleri ve kapsamlı yan haklar sunmaktadır.

Qualifications

• Yükseköğretim diploması gereklidir.
• Projeler için iş analizi ve gereksinim toplama konusunda 10+ yıl deneyim şarttır.
• İş süreçlerini iyileştirme ve KPI takibi yeteneği beklenir.
• İletişim becerileri güçlü ve ekip içi koordinasyon sağlama becerisi olması gerekir.

Responsibilities

• Agile proje takımlarında ekip üyesi olarak çalışmak ve gerektiğinde Ürün Sahibi ve Scrum Master sorumluluklarını üstlenmek.
• Paydaşların fonksiyonel ve fonksiyonel olmayan gereksinimlerini toplamak ve en uygun çözümleri tasarlamak.
• İş gereksinimlerini teknik yazımlara dönüştürmek ve süreç/modelleme/entegrasyon detaylarını taslak olarak sunmak.
• Kullanıcı Kabul Testi (UAT) aşamalarını planlamak ve yürütmek için Ürün Sahibi ve iş birimlerine destek olmak.

Job description

What do we expect you to bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, Computer science or relevant fields
• 10+ years of project management, consulting, analyst experience focused on gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements of the stakeholders and designing the best solutions to meet their needs.
• Analytical approach to follow up operational kpis for performance monitoring and design/improve processes to increase efficiency
• Ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing projects and solving problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong coordination skills and willingness to take responsibilities.
• Fluency in English.
• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.

How can you make an impact?

• Working as a team member in agile project teams and taking product owner and scrum master responsibilities when it is requested/needed.
• Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements of the stakeholders and design the best solutions to meet their needs.
• Convert business requirements into technical software specifications and prepare high-quality design deliverables including process modelling, data modelling, and integration details.
• Support Product Owner and Key Business Resources to plan and execute UAT phases.
