What you’ll do
• Maintain system integrity by reviewing design, updating interfaces, planning changes/upgrades, and controlling change requirements. Develop and evolve Vodafone OSS Architecture.
• Conduct on-site work for initial integration, inspect equipment installation, configuration, testing, and provide post-installation support.
• Develop policies and procedures to improve operational quality and efficiency.
• Evaluate new technologies and enhance related products/solutions.
• Prepare disaster recovery and business continuity plans for information systems.
• Analyze data to maintain infrastructure health and security.
• Test and report on new features and versions.
• Implement and update solutions according to specifications.
• Monitor performance and stability of implementations.
• Migrate data and make modifications between environments.
• Develop enhancements for existing tools to meet requirements.
• Deploy and install new products and configurations to meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with VF HSE&W procedures and local regulations.
• Assess and reduce work-related risks.
• Follow VFTR’s information security policies and procedures.
Who you are
• BSc in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in design or operation.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with application software testing and creating test plans.
• Knowledge of industry processes and methodologies.
• Good understanding of databases and operating systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance processes and Help Desk operations.
• Troubleshooting and application support skills.
• Ability to assess client issues and design systems to meet requirements.
• Knowledge of cloud, RAN, transmission, CS&PS core equipment, monitoring concepts, and management systems.
