What You’ll Do
  • Keeping overall integrity of system by reviewing the design, updating the interfaces, planning changes/upgrades required, identifying & controlling change requirements, optimizing the link/equipment/application requirements; Develop / Evolve Vodafone OSS Architecture
  • Do the on-site works for initial integration, provide inspection on equipment installation, configuration and testing, and post installation maintenance and support
  • Plan and develop policies and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department
  • Evaluate new technologies and enhancements related to products/solutions
  • Preparing the organization's disaster recovery and business continuity plans for information systems
  • Analyse statistical and operational data to maintain infrastructure health and security
  • Testing and reporting new features/versions
  • Updating and implementing new solutions to agreed specifications
  • Monitoring implementation’s performance and stability
  • Experience migrating data and modifications between environments
  • Develop enhancements for existing tools to meet the requirements
  • Deployment and installation of new products and configuration in such a way as to address the internal customer's business needs
  • Ensure that VF HSE&W procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations
  • Ensure that work-associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
  • Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library
Who You Are
  • BSc degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Engineering
  • 1-3 Years of Experience in Design/Operation
  • Good analysis, technical & problem solving skills
  • Experience with Application software testing and preparation of test plans and test data
  • Knowledge of standard industry processes and methodologies (e.g., for implementation, enhancement requests, development and product release, change control, customer support)
  • Good knowledge of Database
  • Good knowledge of Operating systems
  • Good knowledge of maintenance processes
  • Understanding of Help Desk processes
  • Strong analytical skills and background in troubleshooting and supporting applications
  • Problem solving skills for assessing client issues and determine system designs to meet functional requirements
  • Knowledge of cloud, RAN, Transmission, CS&PS Core equipment, Performance and alarm monitoring concept, umbrella management systems
