Overview

We are looking for an Operator Channel Sales Manager teammate on behalf of our consumer service business operating in the field of Telecommunication located in Umraniye, Istanbul.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the development, establishment, and maintenance of device customer relationships within the Operator Account department's subnet, supporting the achievement of sales targets.
  • Organize the analysis of device policies, competitors, and customer needs for subsidiary customers of the Operator Account Dept, formulate targeted product strategies, capture market opportunities, achieve and pass validation, and ensure the success of sales projects.
  • Manage the Sell in, Sell through, and Sell out processes for the Operator Account department's subnet.
  • Responsible for the distribution and retail management of the Operator Account department's subnet.
  • Organize and implement terminal market advertising, exhibitions, technical presentations, and joint marketing activities for the operator system department's subnet, establishing the company and terminal product brands.
  • Ensure strategic alignment between CBG and operator customers, integrating the product and business strategies of the operator system department's subnet.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree and above;
  • 8+ years’ successful experience in B2C / B2B sales of consumer products industry; experience in world-renowned brand companies preferred; B2B sales experience is welcome.
  • Experience with selling via operators channel is required;
  • Good knowledge of B2C / B2B sales processes;
  • Project management process knowledge;
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent oral and written English skills;
  • Never give up mentality.
