A leading company is looking for an Operations Engineer to enhance their engineering team. We are seeking an Operations Engineer for our business partner, for whom we manage the recruitment process.
Serve as the primary engineering point of contact for OSS equipment on-site.
Interpret and work with technical drawings and documentation.
Provide engineering support for mechanical maintenance activities.
Participate in the installation, commissioning, and readiness reviews of OSS equipment.
Coordinate Life of Field (LOF) engineering projects with design teams.
Deliver product-related training and technical coaching to field and client personnel.
Participate in pre- and post-job briefings and operations meetings.
Identify and implement operational improvements.
Provide input to risk assessments and technical documentation reviews.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering (mechanical, energy, or related fields), preferably from a reputable university.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in field operations, mechanical systems, or the energy sector.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Knowledge of mechanical maintenance procedures.
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
Flexible, proactive, and able to work in dynamic field environments.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
