Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Engineering (preferred)
• Preferably, experience in at least one of the following areas: contract manufacturing processes or operational excellence
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Team-oriented, with strong analytical abilities, solution-focused, and results-driven
• Proficient in MS Office applications
