Job summary

The role emphasizes safety, timely delivery, and continuous improvement of eHouse processes, including coordination with electrical, mechanical, structural, and cooling engineering teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in eHouse engineering, lead engineering, or engineering management.
• Experience managing engineering activities, vendors, and processes.
• Commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and take initiative.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; Turkish knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate eHouse engineering activities for tendering and project execution.
• Oversee engineering to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, timely solutions.
• Coordinate engineers from electrical, mechanical, structural, and cooling disciplines.
• Perform EPLAN-based revisions and develop schematics.
• Work with AutoCAD drawings and 2D/3D concepts.
• Support sales team with offers, strategies, and concepts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Improve eHouse engineering processes and knowledge sharing.
