What will I be doing?
  • Take information from guests over the phone for reservations
  • Communicate with hotel guests in a warm manner and address their needs
  • Answer calls according to standards and take messages if needed
  • Welcome health club guests, take records, and provide information
  • Manage entrance of the Health Club and coordinate cleaning
  • Ensure guests wear galoshes upon entering the Health Club due to hygiene rules
  • Determine and follow up on breakups in the Health Club
  • Ensure correct calculation of daily entrances and services for hotel guests
  • Note membership system details and pursue new member sign-ups and follow-up
