The Sales Supervisor performs sales and distribution related tasks with activities aimed at brand building, increasing brand awareness among customers and strives to ensure the best possible market position for Brown-Forman brands in On-trade & Off-Trade (TT&MT). The person in this position works in support and collaboration with the Senior Sales Supervisor.
This role is responsible for implementing and managing personal objectives that support team objectives.
What You Can Expect
-Implements the overall sales strategy in On-trade & Off-Trade (TT&MT) and guides the teams of B-F business partners in the implementation of these strategies.
-Conducts point of sale visits according to the routines approved by the Senior Sales Supervisor in accordance with company standards in line with the sales steps
-Makes commercial visits to On-trade & Off-Trade (TT&MT) sales points and establishes and maintains business partnerships with the visited sales points.
-Supports the Senior Sales Supervisor in the creation of distributor orders and monitors the realization of distributor purchase targets.
-Responsible for the physical availability of new and seasonal products in all store formats in the region.
-Responsible for the sales (distributor buying and field sales), distribution and visibility of B-F products.
-Ensures optimum stock levels at points of sale and that products are displayed in accordance with BF standards, legal recommendations and internal regulations.
-Responsible for the implementation of the brands according to the determined planograms, positioning the POSM materials in the best possible way.
-Ensures that the budgets allocated for the activities are implemented appropriately and efficiently in line with the installation mechanics and deadlines in accordance with the standards applicable in the company.
-Responsible for the inclusion of potential new traditional channel sales points operating in the region. Guides the teams of B-F business partners in this direction.
-Implements the opening and/or closing of Traditional Channel sales points in the system in line with company standards.
-Conducts regional analyses, develops action plans and implements these plans together with the teams of B-F business partners in order to increase the sales of B-F brands and support the realization of company targets.
-Ensures the correct implementation of sales campaigns/promotional activities.
-Holds regular meetings with the sales teams of B-F business partners. Guides sales teams in line with company strategies.
Administrative Duties:
-Submits the expected data, reports, activity evaluation on time according to the standards and procedures applicable in the company.
-Reads corporate e-mails regularly. Responds to emails in a timely manner.
-Responsible for timely reporting through Panorama & Vispera in accordance with B-F standards (collecting data on BF products, market data, data on customers served and information on competitors' activities in the market).
-Supervises the work of B-F business partners providing merchandising services in the field.
-Holds regular meetings with the Senior Sales Supervisor and/or KM for feedback on the status of the work
-Responsible for keeping the database of customers in his/her region accurate and up-to-date.
-Serves as the Brand Ambassador of the B-F Portfolio. Coordinates the preparation and execution of special product trainings for the sales staff of B-F business partners.
What You Bring to the Table
-University (Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent);
-Proficient computer use (MS Office programs - Excel, Power Point)
-Good speaking and writing skills in Turkish
-Driver's License
-FMCG, preferably at least 2-3 years of experience in the same category and field
-Good command of spoken and written English
-Building easy and sustainable commercial relationships
-Use of financials in collaboration with customers
