Job summary

Mod Offshore is seeking a Technical Office and Planning Engineer to support reporting, planning, and data analytics for offshore and construction operations. You will collect, analyze, and present project data to management and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports.

The role requires strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA/Macros), familiarity with MS Project, SQL, SharePoint, and BI tools. English communication and offshore project exposure are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Offshore, Marine, or related discipline).
• Experience in reporting, project controls, planning, or similar functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage reporting activities independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Project Reports – Daily Report, Weekly Report.
• Support schedule monitoring and progress tracking with Sr. Planning Specialist.
• Consolidate data from multiple disciplines and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Establish reporting templates, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure timely and effective communication of project performance and reporting results.
