We are looking for an Office Assistant who will be responsible for our general office procedures.

Responsibilities
  1. Welcoming and assisting guests coming to the office
  2. Managing incoming calls and other communications
  3. Serving as the primary point of contact for communication with building management
  4. Assisting in organizing and maintaining common office areas
  5. Tracking and managing incoming and outgoing documents and cargo
  6. Overseeing the receipt of orders and verifying delivery documentation
  7. Supporting the organization of internal and external meetings
Requirements
  1. 2+ years of experience as an office assistant or in a related field
  2. Excellent command of written and spoken English
  3. Advanced computer skills and practical knowledge of MS Office programs
