Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an Occupational Health Physician to lead the site health program and provide primary care services at our manufacturing site in Turkey. The role covers safety inspections, ergonomics assessments and coordinating testing programs to meet local legislation.

You will develop health-related policies, manage medical equipment, and supervise emergency response, with a focus on reducing work-related injuries and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Occupational Health with medical background.
• Experience in Injury Management & Rehabilitation.
• Knowledge of Workers Compensation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to the site and coordinate the site health program.
• Coordinate preventative health and wellness programs to reduce injuries.
• Provide initial emergency response and stabilization of critically ill or injured patients.
• Develop health-related policies and SOPs and deliver training.
• Manage medical equipment and consumables per legal/medical standards.
