Job summary

A leading energy technology company in Turkey is seeking an experienced NPI Engineer who will plan, develop, and optimize production processes for new products. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in NPI engineering and a strong command of English. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on innovation and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from related undergraduate programs.
  • At least 3 years of experience in NPI engineering.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Experience in applying DFM/DFT principles.
  • Knowledge about electronic card (SMT-THT) production processes.
  • Project management and process coordination skills.
  • High analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented, result-driven, and disciplined.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, developing, and optimizing the production processes of new products.
  • Ensuring coordination between design, testing, and production teams during the transition to production.
  • Managing prototype production and analyzing test results.
  • Preparing and updating process documentation.
  • Organizing training for production teams on new products.
  • Conducting product cost analyses.

What will your day/week look like with us
  • Planning, developing, and optimizing the production processes of new products.
  • Ensuring coordination between design, testing, and production teams during the transition from product design to the production line.
  • Ensuring the inclusion of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) criteria in the product development process.
  • Managing prototype production and pilot production processes; analyzing test results and providing improvement recommendations.
  • Ensuring compliance with production processes and quality criteria, preparing and updating process documentation.
  • Organizing and supporting training for production teams on new products.
  • Conducting product cost analyses and working to optimize production costs.
  • Identifying process issues and developing solutions in collaboration with production and quality management.
  • Ensuring adherence to project schedules and providing regular reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assessing supplier processes and material suitability, and monitoring their integration into production processes.
What are the requirements that we expect from a successful talent
