A premier hotel in Ankara is seeking a Night Manager responsible for maintaining high service standards and managing night operations. This role includes preparing night reports, ensuring guest satisfaction, and overseeing the Front Office team during night shifts. • Prepare night reports and write the Night Manager Log book.
• Make security-related decisions and deal with guest complaints.

Job description

• To provide consistent and superior service, and maintain high service standards
• To represent the Hotel and the management at night with full authority
• To prepare the night reports in full
• To write the Night Manager Log book
• To inform the GM/HM in case of emergencies
• To do the last check of night reservations and make the decisions accordingly
• To make the security related decisions at night
• To tour the hotel at night regularly
• To deal with guest complaints
• To keep sales high continuously
• To ensure all the Front Office team works in harmony at night shift
• To ensure that the data received from the guest is entered into the Information systems full and free of any error
• To be fully competent to provide sustainable guest satisfaction
• To ensure the organization and work flow of Reception Desk, Guest Service and Concierge so that they work in coordination with minimum errors
