Job summary
A premier hotel in Ankara is seeking a Night Manager responsible for maintaining high service standards and managing night operations. This role includes preparing night reports, ensuring guest satisfaction, and overseeing the Front Office team during night shifts. The successful candidate will comply with all policies and have a focus on guest service excellence.

Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent and superior service standards.
- Prepare night reports and write the Night Manager Log book.
- Make security-related decisions and deal with guest complaints.
- To provide consistent and superior service, and maintain high service standards
- To represent the Hotel and the management at night with full authority
- To prepare the night reports in full
- To write the Night Manager Log book
- To inform the GM/HM in case of emergencies
- To do the last check of night reservations and make the decisions accordingly
- To make the security related decisions at night
- To tour the hotel at night regularly
- To deal with guest complaints
- To keep sales high continuously
- To ensure all the Front Office team works in harmony at night shift
- To ensure that the data received from the guest is entered into the Information systems full and free of any error
- To be fully competent to provide sustainable guest satisfaction
- To ensure the organization and work flow of Reception Desk, Guest Service and Concierge so that they work in coordination with minimum errors
Required Skills
BASIC REQUIREMENTS

- Comply with all systems and procedures as laid down by the DO, GM and Hilton International.
- Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when required
