Job summary

Türkiye Emlak Katılım Bankası is seeking a senior security professional to design and implement security architectures for its subsidiary companies. You will manage network and cloud security, including Firewall, Load Balancer, WAF, and DDoS protection, while ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS and other regulations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in network security, hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls and cloud security, and fluent English. This role is based in Istanbul, Fatih.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 5+ years in network security.
• Hands-on with Firewall, Load Balancer, Web Application Firewall, DDoS, IPS & Cloud Security Management.
• Familiar with PCI-DSS/PCI-3DS/TCMB regulations.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Participates in remediation, definition, selection, design, and implementation of security technologies.
• Establishes a strategic security architecture vision aligned with business and IT strategies.
• Develops, implements, documents, and maintains security policies and procedures.

Job Description

• Excellent knowledge regarding Network Security and Cloud Security (CloudFlare, AWS, Azure) solutions.
• Experience in Firewall (Palo Alto, Fortigate etc),
• Excellent knowledge about Load Balancer, WAF (F5, NetScaler), IPS and DDoS, Proxy, NAC,
• Understanding of Network Topologies such as TCP/IP, Routing & Switching Protocols, IP Routing, IPSEC, Encryption etc,
• Participates in requirements remediation, definition, selection, design and implementation of security technologies,
• Establishes a strategic security architecture vision, including standards and frameworks that are aligned with overall business and IT strategies, and the enterprise architecture,
• Develops, implements, documents, and maintains security policies, procedures and practices.
• Fintech/finance sector experience (preferred)
• SaaS architectures and cloud security (preferred)

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field,
• At least 5+ years of work experience in network security,
• Hands-on experience with Firewall, Load Balancer, Web Application Firewall, DDoS, Intrusion Prevention Systems and Cloud Security Management,
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as PCI-DSS, PCI-3DS, TCMB etc,
• Excellent command of English.
