Job summary

Marti, Türkiye’s leading mobility app, is seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to own performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and collaborate with Product, Operations, Growth, Marketing and Data teams. You will extract data with SQL, build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

You will contribute to data-driven decision making, ensure data integrity, and stay current with industry trends to optimize business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 0–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a data-driven environment, preferably at a high-growth company.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI and Tableau).
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to dissect problems and develop strategic recommendations.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in analyses.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in working with large datasets and deep-dive analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned business performance metrics by monitoring trends and supporting data-driven decisions.
• Perform analyses of KPIs, including customer acquisition and retention.
• Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data with the Data team.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau; present findings clearly.
• Translate analytics into actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities; monitor impact of actions for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Growth, Marketing and Data teams.
• Validate data sources and analyses to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Propose and implement data collection and reporting process improvements.
