Overview

A Mixologist is responsible for creating alcoholic drinks and providing them to guests in an efficient manner and according to proper procedure and bar regulations.

What will I be doing?

As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Create and serve alcoholic drinks and cocktails including the classics, what's featured on the menu and any special guest requests
• Be dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service and creating an experience for the guest
• Assist the team on the floor when necessary
• Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner
• Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
• Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared
• Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts
• Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner

• A minimum of 2 years of Mixologist experience in the hotel or stand-alone bar
• Turkish as native language, good command of English
