Job summary

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence in İzmir is seeking an Application Engineer with metrology experience and CMM programming to assist customers with application development, measurement solutions, and guidance on metrology processes.

The role requires visiting customer sites, supporting a range of metrology software such as PC-DMIS, and collaborating on CAD/CAM programming. Travel up to 40% nationwide; relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• 1 year of field service experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 40% nationally.
• Living in İzmir or willing to relocate.
• B1 English level (training and machine instructions).
• Strong communication skills.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• Class B driving license and active driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Experience in metrology (CMM programmer or similar software products).
• Knowledge of PC-DMIS or another metrology software.
• Knowledge of metrological systems and CAD/CAM programming.
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing).
• Knowledge of automation systems will be plus.
