To reinforce our Manufacturing team, we are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.

We are a fast-growing company where people are the most valuable asset. To support our continuous growth and reinforce our Manufacturing team, we are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.

What Do We Expect:

1. Ensuring that the best practices are implemented within the scope of maintenance.
2. Monitoring contracts for maintenance services.
3. Overseeing and coordinating the planning and scheduling of routine processes and projects.
4. Following up on planned/unplanned machine and building maintenance tasks, and, when necessary, project tasks as deemed appropriate by the supervisor, in coordination with other departments such as production planning.
5. Ensuring that building and machine maintenance is carried out in accordance with the relevant maintenance plans.
6. Reviewing shift downtime reports on a daily basis and ensuring that downtime is prevented through maintenance and improvement activities.
7. Reviewing the spare parts replacement times for machinery and working on extending these times.
8. Ensuring the sustainability of the 5S practices in the Mechanical Workshop and warehouse.

Who You Are:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. 1-2 years of experience.
3. Solution-oriented, collaborative, proactive approach.
4. Experienced in team planning.
5. Fluent in English.
