POSITION: MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

The purpose of the Mechanical Design Engineer role is to develop new production machines and improve existing ones to ensure the company's self-sufficiency.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Interested in machine design and design, preferably with experience.
• Want to work in R&D projects and be a team player.
• Strong in problem-solving and creativity.
• Interested in improvement/development projects and being a team player.
• Follows technology closely and conducts detailed research.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
• Preferably holds a master's degree.
• Willing to live in Kütahya.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Track and control engineering processes and activities.
• Ability to think in 3D and design machines or mechanisms.
• Knowledge of system modeling. Calculate and design the needs of a new process.
• Prepare and read technical drawings, recognize and use measuring tools, and apply material and processing methods.
• Apply basic materials science, machine elements, construction, welding, and casting techniques to designs and monitor them.
• Proficiency in solid modeling programs such as Solidworks, preferably familiar with analysis programs.
• Adapt to flexible working conditions during assembly, testing, and commissioning phases of project works.
• Conduct development activities to meet customer expectations.
• Strong project management skills to deliver projects on time and with high quality.
