Job summary

Haleon invites applications for a Project Manager - Innovation to lead strategic, cross-functional innovation projects, including new product development, packaging changes, and claims that accelerate growth. You will work across marketing, R&D, and supply chain to deliver launches on time.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 7 years of PM experience in FMCG, excellent English, and PM certification preferred; you will build integrated project plans, manage budgets, and foster governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Business/Finance, Engineering.
• Excellent level of written and spoken English.
• PM Certification preferred.
• 7 years of experience in Project Management at Marketing, and/or Supply Chain, R&D in a FMCG or consumer healthcare environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Comfortable operating in situations characterized by complexity, ambiguity and high levels of uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proficiency in delivering innovation projects of varying complexity, ensuring alignment to business objectives, value creation targets and launch success criteria.
• Drives rapid project initiation and structured execution to accelerate speed-to-impact while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• For select markets, may be responsible for coordinating market-level launch readiness and ensuring successful local deployment.
• Builds deep understanding of category strategies, portfolio priorities, project interdependencies and resource constraints to proactively support delivery of the innovation pipeline.
• Leads project teams through governance and stage-gate processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables, strong gate readiness and clear follow-through on outcomes and actions.
• Facilitates effective stakeholder communication across functions and geographies to maintain alignment and support successful delivery.
