Job Description

You will be responsible for the product marketing activities in Türkiye, and this role requires to work with people from different backgrounds in a multicultural environment. You will need a technical background especially in dentistry or implants.

Your Role

  • Lead the development and execution of local marketing strategies aligned with global objectives to drive sustainable growth and market share.
  • Define clear customer value propositions and ensure their consistent communication across all relevant channels and touchpoints.
  • Drive strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), leveraging their expertise for educational activities, clinical endorsement, and market insights.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, championing customer-centricity and ensuring a differentiated and relevant experience across the buyer journey.
  • Manage marketing performance metrics, analyze campaign ROI, and propose corrective actions when necessary.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities, generating insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record in leading product marketing initiatives, brand strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and commercial acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural, matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong drive for results.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
