A real estate franchise organization in Turkey seeks a Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing efforts across four brands. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in marketing, strong performance and brand marketing skills, and a strategic mindset. Responsibilities include shaping marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and coordinating events to strengthen brand engagement.
We’re hiring on behalf of one of our clients — a dynamic organization that brings together four of the world’s most recognized real estate brands. As the master franchise holder for Türkiye and the region, they’re building one of the strongest ecosystems in the industry.
Now, they are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing efforts across all four brands — combining strategy, execution, and team coordination to drive growth.
Note: This role is designed for someone with long-term potential to grow into a C-level leadership position.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Shape and execute the marketing approach across four distinct brands
Create targeted strategies for franchise growth and brand awareness
Lead cohesive storytelling and brand positioning efforts
Performance Marketing
Launch and manage lead-generation campaigns (Meta, Google, programmatic)
Build and optimize digital marketing funnels
Oversee marketing analytics, CRM, and automation workflows
Community & Events
Design and organize events for real estate professionals and franchise owners
Lead engagement initiatives that strengthen brand loyalty
Manage PR and large-scale industry activations
Social Media & Creative
Oversee content calendars and creative production across platforms
Drive the creation of campaign assets, videos, and sales materials
Highlight brand success stories through storytelling
Leadership & Coordination
Work with internal teams and external partners (performance, creative, PR)
Set KPIs, track results, and continuously improve outcomes
Ensure marketing is aligned with overall business goals
8+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in real estate, franchising, or multi-brand environments
Strong background in both brand and performance marketing
A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot (or similar)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
