Job summary

Bigger Games in Istanbul is seeking a curious Marketing Intern to support our Performance Marketing team and learn the ropes of mobile game marketing. You will help brainstorm campaigns, analyze gameplay to understand player behavior, and contribute ideas that drive engagement.

You will work closely with our team, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic gaming company and having the chance to grow into a full-time role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a university degree and available to work at least 3 days per week from our office.
• Strong interest in mobile games, especially hybrid casual games, with focus on gameplay and user experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to challenges.
• Creative, curious mindset with eagerness to explore new ideas and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Performance Marketing team in developing and executing creative concepts for our games.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Play and analyze hybrid casual games to understand gameplay mechanics and player experience.
• Research market trends, competitor games, and high-performing ad creatives.
• Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team through the creative production process, from ideation to execution.
• Test our games and provide feedback on gameplay and user experience.
