1. Skills & Competencies

• Marketing Knowledge – Understanding of online, offline marketing and branding strategies.
• Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication for creating marketing materials, emails, etc.
• Social Media Management – Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• SEO & Analytics – Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and performance tracking.
• Content Creation and Polishing – Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools is a plus.
• Project Coordination – Ability to support and influence multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate with different teams.
• Administrative Tasks – Localization and validation of global assets; operational updates for official websites, printed documents, etc.
• Event Organization Support – Support for product launch events, kick-off meetings, trade shows, exhibitions, etc., in coordination with relevant parties.

2. Education & Background

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or a related field (not always required but helpful).
