Job summary

Hitachi Energy Turkey Elektrik Sanayi Anonim Şirketi in Kocaeli is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Technician to perform detailed quality inspections and tests on transformer components, using SAP QM for tracking results and NCRs for non-conformances. You will collaborate with engineering and production to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with standards.

The role requires a technical electrical background, 3+ years in transformers, and fluency in English and Turkish.

Qualifications

• Technical high school diploma or vocational graduation in Electrical fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in transformer sector preferred.
• Familiar with technical drawings, measuring instruments, SAP QM, and NCR.
• Fluency in English and Turkish communication.
• Experience in quality control/assurance in manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills for defect identification and root cause analysis.
• Able to adapt to shift work and overtime when necessary.

We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Technician who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy Power Transformers Factory in Dilovası/Kocaeli.

Your Background:

• Technical high school diploma or Vocational School graduation from Electrical departments (preferably holding a 2-year associate degree or a 4-year degree in a technical field).
• At least 3 years of experience preferably in the transformer sector.
• Knowledgeable about technical drawing, measuring instruments, SAP QM module and NCR.
• Having communication skills in English and Turkish.
• Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying defects and conducting root cause analysis.
• Able to adapt a shift work system and accommodate overtime when necessary.
