Job summary

Sibelco Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner with strong Controlling experience to drive financial performance across multiple sites and countries. The role reports to the Head of Finance and requires IFRS knowledge and a proactive, analytical mindset.

You will lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, deliver monthly reviews, and collaborate with operations to improve profitability and efficiency across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• Around 5 years of experience in finance with controlling and audit exposure.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and financial analysis skills.
• Proven ability to report to executives and support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cluster-level financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Deliver monthly performance reviews with variances analysis.
• Partner with operations to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Support capital investment decisions with ROI modelling.
• Contribute to monthly closing and internal/external audits.
