Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in lingerie/apparel manufacturing.
• Proven track record in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and efficiency programs.
• Experience in project and stakeholder management with cross-functional influence.
• Strong execution capability across multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across cultures.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
• Familiarity with digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive the deployment and evolution of the VS&Co. ME framework across the vendor network.
• Develop capability roadmaps to improve vendor performance, flexibility, and scalability.
• Create KPI-driven efficiency roadmaps to deliver measurable gains.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support vendor expansion strategies.
