Job summary

Magnum Icc Sweden Supply Ab is seeking a Factory Manufacturing Excellence Coordinator to drive ICMS initiatives across inbound and outbound supply chains. You will develop site master plans, monitor KPIs, and push for cost and waste savings while supporting digitization in manufacturing.

The role requires strong engineering knowledge, data analytics, and experience with continuous improvement tools. Flexible working arrangements are available to enable efficient collaboration.

Qualifications

Experience with manufacturing and packaging tech and cross-functional projects.
Ability to analyze data, identify root causes and implement countermeasures.
Knowledge of ICMS, TPM and WCM methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate ICMS preparation phase plan and track progress.
Lead reviews to evaluate progress against ICMS plans.
Collaborate with site teams to align master plans with strategy.
Support plant improvement programs including Kaizen and SMED.
Drive OEE improvements and waste reduction initiatives.
