Job description

In line with Ford Otosan's vision of being the most valuable and most preferred industrial company, the role involves ensuring that current and future products are designed and mass-produced with targeted quality and maximum efficiency. The responsibilities include process design in accordance with Ford systems, commissioning intelligent and highly automated process equipment, and preparing products and new model vehicles for production, meeting quality, cost, and time targets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies within the project scope and prepare them for approval.
• Implement necessary facility and process arrangements to ensure minimum cost, maximum quality, and efficiency, supporting new vehicle engineering development studies.
• Monitor investments to meet capacity requirements.
• Establish positive business relationships by coordinating projects with other manufacturing departments and factory teams.
• Collaborate with engineers of the new project team and support process design aligned with product design.
• Evaluate new vehicle designs in terms of assembly practices and guide the project team accordingly.
• Organize maintenance activities by monitoring breakdowns and downtimes on assembly lines.
• Fulfill global control plan requirements to maintain quality standards.
• Develop projects aimed at reducing water, energy consumption, and hazardous waste for sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards within the processes.
• Engage in cost reduction, technology development, and process improvement activities for ongoing manufacturing sustainability.
• Address internal and external customer quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Promote activities to enhance occupational safety and employee ergonomics.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering departments.
