Overview

In line with Ford Otosan's vision of being the most valuable and most preferred industrial company, to ensure that current and future products are designed and mass production activities are carried out with targeted quality and maximum efficiency. Making process designs in accordance with Ford systems and commissioning intelligent and highly automated process equipment and product. To make the products and new model vehicles ready for production by ensuring that they are put into use at the targeted quality, cost and time.

Responsibilities
  • To carry out feasibility studies in projects in the area of responsibility and to make them ready for approval.
  • Implement the necessary facility and process arrangements to ensure minimum cost, maximum quality and efficiency by supporting new vehicle engineering development studies.
  • Follow the investments in order to respond to the capacity requirements.
  • Establish positive business relationships by ensuring project coordination with other manufacturing departments and factory teams.
  • Work with the engineers of the new project team and support the process design process in line with the product design.
  • Evaluate the new model vehicle design in terms of assembly practices and guide the new project team.
  • Organize the necessary maintenance activities by following the breakdowns and downtimes in the assembly lines.
  • Fulfill the requirements of the necessary global control plans in order not to compromise on quality.
  • Develop projects that will provide continuous improvement in the reduction of water, energy consumption and hazardous wastes for a sustainable future.
  • Ensure that the requirements of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards are met for the processes in the area of responsibility.
  • Engage in cost reduction, technology development and process improvement activities for the sustainability of ongoing manufacturing.
  • Carry out activities to resolve internal/external customer quality problems.
  • Carry out the necessary activities to ensure and improve occupational safety and employee ergonomics.

  • Graduated from Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering departments.
