The key responsibilities in this role include: Core components Reporting to the People Experience Sr. Director, People Experience Business Partner will

  • Take initiative in diverse projects which would bring added value to both People Experience and overall business
  • Assume active role in introducing effective PX solutions as a strategic partner to several business divisions
  • Work in partnership with all internal/external stakeholders in the business to provide coaching, support and influence organizational capability readiness.
  • Provide full-fledged consultancy and commercially focused PX solutions that support the business area in conjunction with strategic goals.
  • Partner with Senior Management Teams during periods of change and transformation, offering expert guidance on change management initiatives and organizational restructures.
  • Work with other PX Business Partners in designing models as well as fine-tuning active systems in line with the changing dynamics and needs
  • Identify short- and long-term resourcing challenges. Build and maintain local talent pipeline plans, coordinate workforce supply and demand, and advise on recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Embed a performance management culture within the business area as a means of driving business improvement by ensuring clear objectives, feedback, and the improvement of customer service
  • Contribute to the development of the wider PX strategy and work closely with the Senior People Experience Management Team
  • Utilize people analytics and metrics to identify gaps, uncover opportunities, and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Work with colleagues and managers to resolve people-related issues, particularly performance management and colleague grievances, escalating issues requiring investigation, and/or discipline to the relevant teams.
  • Lead targeted engagement and retention initiatives, leveraging tools like Workday and collaborating with functions such as Total Rewards and Organizational Development
  • Lead strategic talent conversations using tools like Visier to assess internal talent landscapes, succession pipelines, and mobility opportunities
  • Foster strong collaboration with PX Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and regional Centers of Excellence to ensure seamless execution of people strategies and alignment with global frameworks.
  • Demonstrate a consistently positive, solution-focused mindset, proactively identifying opportunities and navigating challenges with resilience and agility.

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
