Overview:

Position Overview
Mastercard is seeking an experienced and strategic professional to join the EEMEA Consulting Product Management team. The role involves managing digital and innovation consulting services provided to Mastercard customers under the Consulting product suite.
The focus is on enabling customer growth by supporting digital and innovation initiatives, ensuring clients are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and solutions to compete effectively in a rapidly evolving financial services industry.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and subject matter experts to support the growth of digital and innovation services in the EEMEA region, aligned with Mastercard’s business goals and core values.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Accountability for the success of digital and innovation consulting and solutions in EEMEA.
  2. Build and prioritize the regional product roadmap to meet customer needs.
  3. Identify, assess, and onboard partners to expand digital solutions capabilities.
  4. Lead innovation efforts to evolve the product suite and drive future success.
  5. Represent the product suite with Mastercard stakeholders across the organization.
  6. Provide sales support and collaborate closely with the Sales team to enable product sales.
  7. Serve as a client-facing expert sales resource.
  8. Develop and refine delivery models for efficient and flawless delivery.
  9. Ensure solutions remain market-leading and competitive.
  10. Build strong relationships across all levels within Mastercard.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. 6+ years of experience in digital strategy, innovation, and digital transformation, preferably in consulting or strategy roles (GenAI knowledge/technical skills a plus).
  2. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  3. Strong problem-solving and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple complex initiatives.
  4. Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with virtual, fast-paced teams across regions.
  5. Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
  6. Proven ability to build relationships with teams and senior executives.
  7. Willingness to contribute directly and actively to projects.
  8. Interest in technology and applying it to solve business problems.
  9. Knowledge of the financial services industry, including retail banking and payments.
