As a Management Trainee in People & Culture team, you will

  • Learn a lot by working closely with all People & Culture functions across recruitment, internal communication, employer branding, people analytics, learning and development, etc.
  • Work directly with our Head of People & Culture and Chief People & Culture Officer.
  • Assist in organizing and managing internal and external People & Culture related events.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing task priorities.
  • Work cross-functionally and communicate with other departments including C-levels.
  • Take part in creating People & Culture strategies to support Insider's growth and see the whole process end-to-end.
  • Find related topics & create internal training for People & Culture.

What you need

  • A bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • Assertiveness, proactive approach and the ability to think ahead.
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Passion for discovering and working for various People & Culture functions including recruitment and learning & development.
