Overview

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Maintenance Supervisor to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. The Maintenance Supervisor lies within the Maintenance & Utilities team and is based in our Susurluk Plant. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into Maintenance & Utilities Manager. Managing and developing the maintenance team to support supply chain organization, backed by global resources and learnings will be your primary responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Define the maintenance strategy. Plan for preventive, predictive and corrective actions
• Identify root causes and drivers of machine-related downtime and take actions to improve the process
• Understand the importance of capital projects and support them as a natural stakeholder
• Familiar with budget management, reporting monthly
• Work with the regional teams to use the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) to improve the level of excellence in maintenance
• Understand the importance of sustainability and support the plant to achieve net zero carbon target

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Preferably min 3 years maintenance experience
• SAP/ERP maintenance modules knowledge
• A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
• Good communication and networking skills
• Result oriented, problem solver
