About Our Client

• The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliability and operational readiness of production facilities by leading maintenance activities, coordinating projects, and managing multi-disciplinary teams. This role includes overseeing installation, servicing, and optimization of equipment and infrastructure in a multi-shift manufacturing environment.

Job Description

• Ensure maintenance and upkeep of production assets to guarantee uninterrupted operational output.
• Manage and coordinate installation, maintenance, and capital investment projects related to production machinery and infrastructure.
• Oversee coordination with external contractors and service providers, including supervision of acceptance testing (Site Acceptance Test and Factory Acceptance Tests).
• Plan, schedule, and document maintenance activities and procedures.
• Manage deployment and scheduling of maintenance personnel across multiple shifts.
• Lead a team of specialists across maintenance disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, building services, and metalworking.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Continuously improve maintenance strategies, processes, and cost efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Extensive experience in process technology maintenance and production facility upkeep.
• Strong technical knowledge spanning electrical, mechanical, and fluid mechanical systems.
• Practical problem-solving skills and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work effectively in teams with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Thorough understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Proven assertiveness and strong communication capabilities.
• Preferred experience managing projects and overseeing supplier and factory acceptance testing (Site Acceptance Test and Factory Acceptance Tests).
• Experience coordinating tasks across national and international teams.
